  • Joint Annual Review

    The Joint Annual Review was undertaken in May 2011 with the objective to review WHR's achievements in terms of its 2010/2011 Annual Work Plan and Budget (AWAB) target, cost-effectiveness, gender and social inclusion; to review its strengths, weaknesses and challenges; review its priorities and unintended effects; its institutional development; and to review WHR's Strategic and Operational Plan (StOP) that has come midway and the strengths and weaknesses of the strategic partnership framework.

    The key methodology for this review included literature review (StOP, AWAB, Semi-annual progress report and other related documents), field visits and observation, interaction with members of the single women groups, programme beneficiaries, board and staff members and input from WHR's strategic partners.
     
    The review team comprised of three people: Filip Warnants, an external consultant from Organization Development Centre (ODC), Samira Paudel, representative from the strategic partner FES and Neera Shrestha, Human Resource Development Coordinator of WHR.
