Kopila Rijal joined WHR in February 2011 as a Project Focal Person, Human Resource for Health. Her major responsibilities include working closely with HRH secretariat in carrying out project activities; planning, implementing and supervising project activities at the district level; coordinating project activities, mobilizing district project officer in close collaboration with other national level implementing partners; reporting project activities regularly to the project leader; establishing network and coordination with different stakeholders, partners, and other organizations, advocating in human resources for health related issues; monitoring and evaluation of district level project activities; facilitating free flow of interaction between HRH secretariat work and WHR by providing feedback to and from both ends including equal involvement in other on-going projects of WHR.
