Srijana Lohani (Rawal) Acting Executive Director She joined WHR in 2003 as Program Manager and currently she is working as Acting Ex. Director. She works in Administrative and Program Department and she is the head of the staff. She looks after the overall programs of WHR as well. She has done her graduation from Daulat Ram College, Delhi University, M.A from Tribhuvan University(TU) , Nepal and also done P.G. Diploma in Women’s Studies from P.K Campus, Nepal. |

Mr. Bir Bahadur Thapa Asst. Finance Officer He Joined WHR on 2004 as Volunteer & later he became Asst. Finance Officer on the same year. He is working in the Finance Department under the leadership and supervision of Finance Officer and WHR treasurer. His main responsibility focuses on financial matters that come under the different projects within WHR. He is cooperating with and assists in any other matters that require immediate handling. Mr. Chitra Raj Joshi Finance Officer He joined this organization on 2003 as Account Assistant & after six months he became Finance Officer on the same year. He is working in the Finance Department under the leadership and supervision of the ED and WHR treasurer. Srijana Kafle Admin Officer/ District Focal Person She has been working in WHR for the past seven years, making her one of the oldest staff member of WHR. While in Kathmandu she handles the district correspondence, as well as program activities in districts. She is cusrrently District Focal point for Surkhet district. Shradha Pradhan Program Officer- "Aadhar" saving and credit program She joined WHR joined 2004 as volunteer and was promoted to Program Officer of Aadhar in 2005. She handles all work related to Aadhar such as update of saving and loan record, follow up of loan activities in Districts and central level. Bal Krishna Adhikari Coordinator – Opportunity Fund He is the oldest WHR staff member; he has been working with WHR since 2000. He joined as volunteer staff in 2000 and was then promoted to computer officer in 2002. In 2003 he was made Admin Officer and currently is Opportunity Fund coordinator. He profiles and identifies the neediest recipients of O Fund and coordinates the O Fund as a whole. He also gives Leadership training for single women and youth training for children of single women. Sumeera Shrestha Program Assistant She joined WHR in March 2006. She works in the areas of OFund, SWEG program preparations and Program activities. She also assists in the preparations and planning of events and functions. She co-hosted the National Workshop 2007 at Staff College. She is currently doing her Bachelors in Development Studies from National College. |

Prava Basnet Training centre co-ordinator She has been working in WHR since 2001. She started her work as training centre coordinator after the six months of her husband demise. She manages all work that comes within the responsibility of training centre. She also looks after the single women from the districts regarding their lodging and fooding when they arrive at the training center for trainings or workshops. She is also the trainer in incense and candle making. |

Anju Pariyar Tailoring trainer She has been working in this organization as tailoring trainer from 2002. Currently she is involved in tailoring training and sewing works at SWEG. |

Poonam Rokka Food processing trainer She has been working in this organization after three months of her husband demise in 1995. She was sent for training from this organization regarding the different food processing ,candle making, incense sticks making .Currently she is working as trainer of food processing ,candle making and incense stick making in this entrepreneur group. |

Kamala Maharjan Tailoring staffHer husband died in 2002 in an accident. She came in this organization in 2006. She is working as tailoring staff in SWEG. |

Nisha Swar Training center staffIn 2006 her husband was killed by the severe beating of Maoists at Bardiya. She came to this organization when she was going through the mental trauma. Currently she is working as training center staff. |
